We met in Pasadena, CA in 2005 (MMV in Roman Numerals). We were fast friends which led to adventures, living together, being family and working together. We worked together at a small business marketing agency in Los Angeles and we started a small company producing live shows and events.

Jennie had been with LA based talent agencies since 2007.
She was an Agent with LA’s top dance agency until 2021.
She has worked with hundreds of performers and has relationships with Casting Directors, Choreographers and more.

Shannon is an entrepreneur at heart. She opened her first business, Oh To Be A Dog in 2010, it is still successful today. She also co-owns The Kitchen Chemists a small batch cannabis topicals company. She has consulted other business owners on starting and running a business. She brings her business acumen and knowledge to MMV helping talent work on their biggest asset, their brand.
